Roland Avenue and Vicinity Improvements

Status: 65% complete

At the request of the community, the goal of this project is to transform Roland Avenue into a "complete street" environment which provides a safe, attractive, and comfortable access and travel for all users, including pedestrians, bicyclists, motorists and public transport users of all ages and abilities. To achieve this goal, landscaped bumpouts with paver crosswalks for traffic calming, new bike lanes, new street trees, new site furniture at bus stops, etc. are proposed for Roland Avenue.
